If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. This gives you enough time to properly evaluate whether a course is right for you, while remaining fair to instructors.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds on bundled Learning Paths are calculated against the full bundle price, not the individual course prices, and follow the same 14-day / 30%-completion rule applied to the bundle as a whole.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve the vast majority of billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback process. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
